We deliver worldwide! Accessing babes across the globe.
All deliveries are dispatched the next day.
UK deliveries are sent 1st Class, taking around 2 business days to arrive.
European deliveries are sent International Standard taking around 4-6 business days to arrive.
Worldwide deliveries are sent International Standard taking around 6-8 business days to arrive.
UK delivery is FREE over £30 or £2.65 under.
Europe delivery is FREE over £60 or £3.95 under.
Rest of world delivery is FREE over £80 or £6.95 under.

All items are charged in £ so please take into account your banks conversion rate as well as potential import fees. We cannot claim responsibility for this.
All orders placed Mon-Thurs will be sent the next day and delivered the following day.
Orders placed on Friday will be sent Saturday and delivered Monday.
Orders placed before 9am Saturday will be sent Saturday and delivered Monday.
Orders placed after 9am Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We do everything in our power to deliver our 2 day delivery promise. However once we have done our part and your order is with the Royal Mail, your delivery and when it arrives is then in their care.
* Bank/Public Holidays will delay the next day delivery service.
* Delays with the Royal Mail is out of our control. Please allow additional time for delivery around busy periods such as Christmas.
* Our next working day service is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands, but they will still be posted 1st class.
All of our packaging is designed to fit through a letter box so you do not need to be in and you do not need to sign.
We do not offer a tracking service currently, but please be assured your order will be on its way as all orders are processed as soon as they're made.

Currently we don’t.

Most discount codes have an expiry date. If you think yours should still be in date please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rectify this as soon as possible.
You can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.
We promptly start to pack and process your order once received, therefore we are unable to interfere with this process. Once you have placed an order you cannot cancel.
We try to be as accommodating as possible but sometimes it’s not always possible to amend your order. Please do get in touch at email@example.com however, and we will do our best to help you.
Please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately if the items have already been posted we are unable to amend anything and you will be responsible for retrieving the items.
Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation within an hour of ordering. Please check your spam just incase it’s gone to the wrong address, then add us email@example.com to your contacts so this doesn’t happen again.
Please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of the date on which you ordered the products. After this time has elapsed, SHOWUP reserves the right to decide whether to send our replacement item(s) for you.

If you’ve purchased a product with us on pre-order, we will always state the date that your item will be shipped on the product page. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your item to arrive after this date. If 5 days have elapsed after the proposed dispatch date please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons earrings and hair accessories are non-refundable. Everything else, if unused, unworn and in original packaging can be returned.
You can return your items within 14 days of delivery providing they are unworn, unused and in perfect condition as delivered. Earrings and hair accessories cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
We don’t like to use additional paper for a returns note, so please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the items you would like to return with their item numbers. All of these details can be found on your original confirmation email. We do not offer free returns.
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service.
Yes. To return an unwanted gift you need to get in touch with the person who purchased the gift and ask them to get in touch with us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.

Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or not as described. Please note that items which are damaged due to normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty and SHOWUP has the right to refuse a refund on these grounds. If your item is faulty, please do not dispose or amend your item(s). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt along with your name, order number, and any images you can provide of the faulty item(s).
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
We work hard to include as much information about our products in our product descriptions on the product page. However if there’s something more specific you’d like to know please contact us at email@example.com.
We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however sometimes this isn’t always possible – if there is something you see advertised and it isn’t in stock yet please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information! We’ll always try and help.
Yes, for most items. If there is an item out of stock please email us at email@example.com with the item number or description and we will organise this for you. Please note, payment will need to be made before we can order this especially for you.

Most SHOWUP jewellery are fashion accessories and made from metal. Some are silver and gold plated and will be outlined in the product description.
Charity & Environment
We know as a company we are responsible for much more than just the products we provide. This is why we are dedicated to be a charitable company spreading a positive message and providing resources to help people. We also work hard to be an environmentally conscious company, and are always looking for improved practices.
Mind Charity is a mental health charity. Mental health is what SHOWUP principles are based upon. We are more than just a fashion brand that just cares about their bottom line; we want to be good and do good, so it seemed like a no-brainer to become official partners with Mind Charity.
We are an official donator of Mind Charity and have a contractual agreement to donate 10% of our profits to them. Please get in contact with Mind Charity and quote SHOWUP reference number ADN-009304 to confirm this.
We donate once a month, usually on the last day of the month. We shout out about this on our social media pages @showupx on Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest, so keep an eye out!
All of our packaging comes from UK based suppliers and everything is recyclable, and everything other than our Posi-Cards and jewellery cards are made from already recycled materials. If you’d like to know more about each individual item please get in touch and we would be happy to provide more information.
