Shipping policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders, Coronavirus or Royal Mail service problems are outside of SHOWUP's control.

UK Delivery

Free UK delivery is available for orders over £30. For orders under £30, we charge £2.65 for delivery.

Deliveries are sent 1st class the day after you have ordered & take around 2 business days to arrive.

Deliveries are made during Royal Mail working times, as this is the carrier used and is a letter box delivery.

EUROPE Delivery

Free Europe delivery is available for orders over £60. For orders under £50, we charge £3.95 for delivery.

Deliveries are sent 1st class the day after you have ordered & take around 4-6 business days to arrive.

International Delivery

Free International delivery is available for orders over £80. For orders under £70, we charge £6.95 for delivery.

We offer international shipping to every country.

Deliveries are sent standard international the day after you have ordered & take around 6-8 business days to arrive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SHOWUP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. There will be no tracking number as we send via letter box delivery.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hiya@showupx.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Personalised items are non-refundable and earrings and hair accessories are also non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hiya@showupx.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
